How long have you been in business?
I established JC Cleaning Services NE in early 2014 initially in Gateshead to cover areas including Darras Hall, Whitley Bay and Gosforth . We now include Wynyard and Durham areas.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No we ask that the client provides products and hardware ie. hoovers, steamers, mop and bucket, cloths. Essentially this prevents cross contamination for hygiene purposes.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction that comes with helping people that need assistance with the day to day running of a house. I also work for an independent living facility in Chester le Street where my clients have more challenging needs. These are equally as rewarding and critical to the client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having left a sales career it was time for change, the change came almost overnight and I've never looked back. Being in control of your own income and circumstances can be the most challenging yet rewarding thing anyone could do.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our service is always of the most professional standard, inside the home and outside. We understand that every client does not always have the same needs as another, this is were we offer a bespoke package based around the client. We are fully insured, we respect your privacy and confidentiality and most of all we respect the work we do.
