I customize their training plan and nutrition based on their goals.

I believe in the no-non sense approach to training. Start with the basic strength building exercises, master the technique, and implementation of progressive overload. Nutrition is key! I've had numerous clients who saw results and reached their goals but Ken, a male client in his early 30's, had the biggest weight loss transformation of 100+lbs over the course of 9 months.
