The guys came out last week to remove shrubs, bushes and big roots, this week more roots were exposed as not being cleared, I didnt notice this at the time.
I explained to the guys today ,.
They apologised and said they would send a team out, they did within the hour, and no hassle, job done, so yes 5 stars for good customer service.
