So I've been having sessions now for almost ten weeks. I have lost two stone, 4 inches off my waist and chest and my strength, stamina and fitness is improving with each session. Jordan is massively focused on the outcome of each session and is brilliant as a trainer. Highly recommended no matter what your fitness level is....do it! More...

I ensure that every single one of my clients is taught the correct training technique to limit the chance of injury. I also write a fitness plan for their sessions which is full of different training techniques. As diet is a big part of reaching your goal, I make sure that you have all the information you need to go along side your plan.

The secret to getting the body you want is your diet. If your diet isn’t in check then you will find it hard to get the body you want.

I love meeting new people the most, because everybody has a different goal so it makes each session different. This also makes it more of a challenge for me as well as the client

The fact that I can work from home and have my independence.

Because I make my sessions fun as well as challenging. There are too many personal trainers out there that charge way too much an don’t do a good job.

Services

£120 for a weight loss package which includes a tailored fitness plan, dietary information, constant contact with a personal trainer and a free consultation.

You can alternatively pay per session which is £20 for a 1 hour 1 to 1 session.

£10 for half an hour session which also include the above
