Had a very nice engineer come to inspect my washer dryer yesterday. What a genuinely nice guy, he communicated well with what time he was expecting to arrive etc. He was very knowledgeable and when I was trying to explain (not very well) what the problem was, he understood and explained to me, without sounding condescending what was wrong. The 3rd time I’ve had someone out due to the legs going. Never been explained about the drum movement or why it goes however today , has an amazing visit. Jerry took the bother to phone to ask whether he could come earler than arranged. Very quickly assessed what was wrong with my Rangemaster. Whilst he was dealing with the loose thermocouple, he also fitted a missing washer that had never been on the machine. He also refitted the glass door clip and tightened the door hinge and unbent the door catch and positioned the oven to overcome the problem. Being Gas Safe registered he also carried out checks. All for the call out of £72 (inc VAT) Much cheaper than others! Told friends already of great service. More...
