I used this company when I returned home to find the dog had locked itself in the downstairs toilet and had basically attempted to chew it's way out of the room. It destroyed every plumbing apparatus in there, and the lower level of my house was flooded. Thankfully, JB & Son answered my call late in the evening, quite desperate call - when everyone else had effectively closed shop. They were round to my house within 30 minutes of calling, and had the problem solved within 15 minutes later. They prevented my potential heart attack, and even followed up the following week to check on the replacement fixings and repair - as to how things were and if I needed anything further.Honestly, I can't rate this company highly enough, a really solid, trustworthy and personable service. John the plumber who did our work, came to measure up for the materials he needed etc then booked us in to do the job. On the day he came he arrived at 9am as he said he would and was always very polite and friendly while completing the work. We had a new dishwasher installed and had the washing machine moved onto the adjacent wall so they were side by side. John fitted all new pipe work to where they are located and I was highly impressed by how neat & tidy his work is. Very professional.
