We provide dance instruction in Charleston, Lindy Hop, Jive and Balboa. We run our own regular classes each week and also teach at events festivals weddings and Parties. Starting dancing with James at the Guild Hall, Gloucester about 10 years ago, moved on from jive to Lindy Hop 6 years ago at Staverton.
Great teachers and many thanks to them to many years of great dancing.
We prefer music of the 50's/60's rather than the 20's/30's that Jazzjiveswing play in the main, so go elsewhere for social dancing. Don't believe what some say that you can only jive/swing to 30's jazz, it possible to any genre - just listen and tune in to the music as James had told us.

I promised my partner I'd give Lindy Hop a go for 3 lessons...that was years ago now and we still go every week. My only regret would be not starting sooner.
From lessons to dances to the fabulous Jumpin' at the Woodside Festival, the emphasis is on having fun. You'll learn to dance, you'll hear some great music, you'll meet the friendliest people and you'll laugh...a lot! What's not to love about that?
