We are a Catering Company who can offer a wide range of menus to suit all tastes and budgets. We do not have set menus preferring to work closely with our customers to create the perfect menu for their event. We offer lots of add on services so that the customer can relax and enjoy the event rather than having to deal with several different suppliers.

Are you are nervous about booking a caterer you've never met! I was very nervous about booking someone online. Would they turn up. .. Could they cook.... Will they be on time!! so many questions. Well if you feel the same look no further than Jaysters. Bron and Phil are perfect for any event you are holding. The food is amazing, they are very reliable and cater to any request you may have... fresh homemade food, which by the way is delicious and can be frozen if not all your guests turn up, which happened to me. What’s your signature dish?
Oh my goodness a difficult question to answer as we cater exclusively for our clients individual needs, however a fillet of mustard crusted beef is very popular as are our hot bowl menus - these are small bowls of different dishes be it Asian, Indian, Italian, English cuisine so that guests can try several different dishes not just one.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to our clients requirements, then pull together several ideas which we put forward to the client, by offering a tasting session a client can be confident of our quality and presentation.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people, listening to their ideas and then transforming the ideas into reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was asked repeatedly by people who knew that I was a good cook to cook for them, and so it began, fifteen years later we have grown into a great Company. All the people who work for me are local and have been with me throughout this time. We have great staff a great working ethos and ultimately we serve great food.
