Sometimes life becomes overwhelming and we find it difficult to cope. We cannot change others or what happens around us but we can certainly change how others or our difficult situations impact upon us. I feel that we are all on our own individual journeys through life and some of us manage to get through the storms and obstacles on this path better than others.

​I am a strong believer that we all have the ability to develop our coping skills so that we do not let things bring us down. I believe that we each of us have it within ourselves to change how we allow things to affect us. Sometimes we need help to make this happen.​

I have supported both adults and young people on issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, family, childhood issues, domestic violence, relational difficulties, addiction (including alcohol and gambling), panic attacks, work-related stress, anger management as well as body image and self-image.
