I started training 6 years ago and found my passion for fitness and staying active. After having my daughter, I became more interested in helping others achieve their fitness goals by sharing my expertise and enthusiasm. Being fit is more than just aesthetics – how you look or your body shape. It’s about becoming stronger while ensuring overall health and a positive outlook.
