I am in my mid 40's and my daughter is now 16. We both started working with Jayne just over 10 months ago, with a view to getting fit and toning up. She came twice a week for the first 6 weeks or so, and we have seen her once a week ever since. I cannot believe the difference it has made –I feel fitter now than I have done for years, and my daughter is looking absolutely fab, having both toned<span id="moreReview416767" class="hide"> up and slimmed down. She is much more confident in herself as a result. <br />Jayne manages to encourage us without putting us under pressure. In her sessions, I always push myself harder than I ever would on my own, and I have really enjoyed doing it with my daughter. Jayne devises a great work out that suits your needs and requirements. She changes the work out each time, so you won't get bored and will still keep moving forward with your fitness. <br />For the first time in my life I enjoy exercising and am fitter now than 10 years ago!! More...

I have been training for two months now and really think it has boosted my self confidence as well as improving my physical fitness and posture. I am doing things I never believed I could do before and I already feel my attitude to life is changing. I am more aware of what I need to do to maintain being fitter and I now regularly think about different exercises I can do while I'm doing other<span id="moreReview218780" class="hide"> things around the house and at work. Jayne is an excellent PT. I have lost a lot of weight and also improved my fitness and body shape very quickly since using her as my trainer. I also feel like I know what I'm doing when I go to the gym on my own and don't feel lost or bored as I did before. She takes a personal approach and our sessions are always different from before. Jayne has a very open approach towards personal training. Over the years she has adapted a way of training that will enable her clients to pursue exercise as an enjoyment and not a chore. "I aim to help change your life forever not just a quick fix". I make exercise sessions focused towards your goals, but with lots of variation in training and locations so you never get bored and will be more likely to continue. We will create a fitness plan, nutritional plan and a lifestyle plan to help you achieve your goals.

Create your Ultra Body with this full body bootcamp, breaking down 1 hour of exercise into manageable but intense circuits and you will be guaranteed to leave you feeling fit, leaner and healthier. Each week will be a new layout to keep each individual motivated and excited about the element of unknown and boredom prevention. The Bootcamp is run and designed by Jayne Nisbet: International athlete and personal trainer based in Quorn and Leicestershire. Jayne specialises in weight loss and body toning.
