Once upon a time I was in college. Culinary school actually. I became real big into personal development as I rose through the professional rankings of my school and my career within. I recall being on my internship at one of the best restaurants in Rhode Island. At this point, I had already had incredible opportunities to work with some of the world's most talented chefs. But interning for 60+ hours a week was tough, especially with some of the things I was going through physically even (knee injuries, etc).
