Seeing smiles when a properly prepared return has a smaller bottom line than what the client was imagining.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting out working for a big box preparation services, I saw people paying way more than they needed to. I try to keep low overhead so my clients pay for my knowledge, not gold-embossed folders. Also, I am around all year not just the first 4 months of the year.
