I have been attending Janice’ s yoga classes for more than a year now and I thoroughly enjoy it. Janice is an experienced, calm and enthusiastic teacher. At the beginning of each class, she always takes a moment to check how we feel and gives us healing tips. Janice is a great yoga teacher and her classes are really varied so you are not doing the same poses every week. I highly recommend going along.

Janice runs an excellent Hypno Birthing course. Everything is very clearly explained and demonstrated in a very supportive atmosphere. We always felt able to ask questions, and even after the course was completed Janice was available for advice. I learnt lots of useful strategies to use during birth, and my husband also learnt lots of practical ways to support me in birth - the course was really good for giving him a clear role in the birth. Happily our birth experience followed our birth plan exactly, and the Hypno Birthing strategies kept both my husband and I calm throughout. We would both highly recommend Janice's course. Janice also runs a pregnancy yoga class which I would also recommend, it really helped keep my body in good physical shape during the pregnancy.
