My coworkers and I were traveling for work and worked late at night in the Princeton area. We decided to order our dinners from Jane's Kitchen due to the large variety of options and healthy meals. Our first day of getting our dinners- we called because the office was closing due to a snow storm and we thought we'd have to cancel. Instead, Jane had John re-route and bring us the food earlier so we could have it before we left! John was very friendly every time he came to deliver! Our meals were amazing and very easy to reheat in our office microwaves. Some of our favorites were the sweet potato gnocchi, the salmon, and the grilled chicken with sweet potatoes. The desserts were also winners- the apple bread and cookies were devoured quickly! On the last day, we were allowed to keep the beautiful insulated lunch bag with the Jane's kitchen design! We will definitely be ordering from Jane's kitchen when we come out again! Thank you Jane and John! More...

I stopped at this clean and rare find and I sure am glad I did.Wow was my lunch delicious and low in carbs just like I needed. All organic. I had organic chicken Marbella with kale and cauliflower rice. The fresh rosemary and few dates made this a truly delicious meal. Jane the owner was so friendly and her husband works along side of her. The place is clean, affordable and delicious. You can bring home for a meal or eat here. I will most definitely be back !!! I have been ordering from Jane's Kitchen almost every week for the past two years, and often pop in between delivery orders to pick up lunch. This place is a find. Jane and John are a lovely couple, and everything they make is delicious and "farm to table" fresh. Some of my favorites are chicken pot pie, runsas, and the most incredible tomato pie in the summer. They can make salads and wraps to order, and there are usually fresh baked cookies and fruit breads as well. Highly recommended! More...

I can't rave enough of the quality of Jane's food, the cleanliness of the facility, and the excellent customer service.I have been getting Jane's emails for years now and always been impressed her commitment to fresh, healthy, organic, and convenient food. Amazing. Yesterday (Sept 2016) was my first visit to her store.First of all, I arrived around 6:05pm, not realizing they close at 6. I expected the usual turn-away at the door from the gentlemen mopping up, but instead he waved me in with a big smile. How nice!!I was delighted to find that there were still some salads left over from the day in the cooler for an easy grab and go. It was a baby kale, parm, and date salad, and it was out of this world. Excellent, quality cheese, awesome, tender baby kale, and the dressing was just perfect! Of course I had to grab a pack of homemade oatmeal raisin cookies and they were just out of this world. The place was spic and span for sure - even though, the very nice behind the counter offered to toss the salad and dirty the counter and bowl. Who does that?!?I can't wait to come back when I can really sit down and enjoy the cute decor and wonderful service in full.Jane - you have a customer for life in me!! Keep up the great work!! I love this place. The food is delicious--lots of options, both healthy and comfort food, all organic and super-tasty. Many of the ingredients are sourced from local farms, including the meats. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, which is very high, and the portion sizes, which are generous. The website is extremely user-friendly and the delivery option is wonderful, and also extremely reasonable (it's free of charge within a certain area). A quaint little spot I found by accident and on impulse. Preferring organic/natural foods over processed- which tends to be hard to accomplish when traveling for work. Colourful clean and eclectic was my first impression of the tucked away gem of a place. I was greeted by husband and wife who were extremely helpful and friendly. Food (I had the chicken burrito) was awesome accompanied by Boylan soda. Great selection of fresh natural/organic foods for take away, delivery, or eat in. I stopped into Jane's Kitchen yesterday morning on my way home from the inspection station and boy am I glad I did!! I picked up some great lunch options for my 2 picky kids and they loved the mac and cheese as well as the organic chicken fingers with smashed potatoes. The place is also ADORABLE! There is so much to choose from, ready made meals, retail items like pasta and peanut butter plus drinks - all organic and/or all natural. Then I found out they deliver!! So you go online, pick your meals and they deliver them to your door step for you to heat up and eat! A must try!!! More...

This place is adorable. Right off 202 South, a tough stop unless you have intentions of doing so, which is too bad. I walk in not really knowing what to expect, and find myself in organic paradise. 2 refrigerators stocked with premade meals from salads, sandwiches, to dinner-like dishes, coffee on the side, and free wifi! This is one of those places I've been meaning to try, seeing the sign that says organic all natural great food, but never had time to slam on the brakes and actually go in. Made a special trip to go there today, and it is superb!It is great that there is a place like this that doesn't sell flavored Styrofoam GMO non-food. just had a truly delicious lunch, and, unlike after most meals, I feel great. I found Jane's kitchen a few months back during my travels for work. I stopped in with the hopes of finding a quality meal to bring home to my family. Jane took the time to take me through their menu and told me about how they source and prepare their food. My family and I were amazed at the freshness and quality of the food! What really has made Jane's Kitchen special for my family is that they deliver to my area (Berkeley Heights, NJ) and they deliver to many other locations in the surrounding area. My family & I love coming here for lunch! What a great spot! It's warm, inviting, and the owners make you feel like they've known you for years. We've had many different dishes, and have yet to taste something that we did not like. With weekly specials, the menu is always changing and always full of flavor. Our recommendations include the Arugula Salad with Chicken, a Chicken Burrito, or the special Quinoa Burger with fresh baked bun! We also always leave with a treat - Jane is a great baker as well! My husband and I were working in the area and passed this place on the way. We always try to choose organic and healthy food but being on the road a lot it's difficult to find good food sometimes. We stopped in on the way home for dinner. I love the organic and home like feel of the place. They prepare local farm fresh foods that day and deliver them to people for dinner orders. The dinners we selected were made fresh that morning. This is a bonus because there's no waiting for your meal to be cooked but it's all very fresh. I selected the wild salmon filet with kale and quinoa salad. The owners were so nice, offering to heat my salmon for me though it was meant to be served as a cold salad. I opted to heat it up and it was delicious! Very light and fresh dressing on the salad. My husband got a Thai chicken wrap that came with a cold sesame peanut noodles. He loved it and said the flavored were great. The noodles had chili flakes in them which he loved. We finished it off by sharing a gluten free flourless chocolate brownie bite. I could eat 5! Just enough to satisfy that dessert craving without doing too much damage. I wanted to try a few other things but hopefully will be back to try more. Plus, their menu changes weekly so there are always other options. If you are in a hurry and want to feel confident in the quality of food you're eating, I recommend stopping in or calling to place a dinner order in the morning!
