What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Light is the most important ingredient in taking a photograph. Whether it's natural light or supplementary light: flash; strobe; LED, it is the key to making you look your best in any photograph.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Do you have an example of a photograph of yourself which you are really happy with?
What do you love most about your job?
I love bringing out the very best in people and making the whole photographic process a joy for them. Photography is punching a hole in the fabric of time and I want the client to look at the photograph in the future and associate a happy moment in time to the memory.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have my own vision of what it is I want to create with my clients and in order to do so and be completely true to myself, I cannot work for another person. My client is who I work for. I like marching to the beat of my own drum!
