I seriously think all the time about how lucky I am to have Jane be my wedding planner. YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GO WRONG CHOOSING JANE! She has gone above and beyond every step of the way to help me. Everyone says wedding planning is so stressful; I can honestly say Jane has eliminated ALL of that for me!! I had never heard of a wedding planner giving you her personal cell phone to text and call 24/7, but Jane does this with her clients because she will literally do anything to make your wedding planning feel as easy and as stress free as possible. I've never had to wait more than an hour for Jane to reply to me, and she has a solution for everything! She gives you great tools to help you keep track of long term timelines and important dates, but she also stays 100% on top of this so it's easy to work in sync! Jane was the Wedding Planner for a Wedding I DJd in Santa Barbara in December. She was a total pro throughout and Jane and her whole team made it a fun and flawless experience. Jane made our night the literal best night ever. She was the absolute best in planning the entire wedding. The process was seamless and made it so easy for us. If I could give Jane more stars, I would. She's sweet and thoughtful and helpful and resourceful... I could go on for hours. She helped us find the most amazing venue (don't even get me started on Quail Ranch) and made everything as seamless and stress-free as possible. I started with the intent of planning our wedding myself. After a month of searching online and making zero decisions, the anxiety started mounting and I knew I needed HELP. I found Jane from reading online reviews and from the first phone call she put my mind completely at ease. She knew all the best local vendors and scheduled everything so that all we had to do was show up and say, yes or no. She's quick to respond to every inquiry no matter how seemingly irrational or inane. She took care of everything and let us just enjoy being engaged, plus she came through with some major last-minute saves (like when I realized in the last month that the people I'd planned to use but forgotten to book for hair and makeup weren't available: she set me up with an incredible team that made me and my ladies look as glamorous as I've ever looked in my entire life, as in serious red carpet glamour). Amidst the chaos of the BIG day Jane was there with a calm reassuring smile at the ready when the nerves threatened to get the best of me. If I could do it all over again, I would hire Jane sooner. Jane and her team are truly amazing. We hired her for her month-of coordination services. After our first meeting, I was instantly relieved to know that the rest of my planning was going to be in good hands. And it was! She handled every communication with vendors from that point on and other details. The day of our wedding went so well and smoothly that I don't know what I would have done without her! I may start crying writing this review - in a good way - because Jane made our wedding dreams come true! If anyone reading this is on the fence about hiring a planner, let me tell you, it is worth every penny, especially if you go with Jane and her team! She is the sweetest! She's so knowledgeable about all things wedding, which I am not. She was so SO valuable to us during the entire process.
The first big thing Jane did (besides give me peace of mind while planning this from across the country) was save us money. She knew our budget was important for us, but she managed to balance that with our wedding vision. She found us a DJ, make-up artist, hair stylist, and florist that were all nearly half the cost of ones we found on our own - and they were AMAZING. She has so many contacts in this area, and she will help you find the right vendors.
The months and weeks leading up to the wedding, I started feeling concerned about the design I had in mind and whether it would work or not. She was always responsive to my texts and emails and made sure that everything was how we wanted - and it all turned out perfectly.
Finally, the day-of. Our wedding was so stress free because of her and her team. I did not have to monitor a thing, and I know that she was running around in the background coordinating every detail to perfection.
She is amazing, everyone. She will make sure your wedding is a dream come true and stress free so that you get to enjoy every minute of your big day.

Jane is a sweetheart! I had the pleasure of working with her company on two different occasions and both times she was incredibly awesome to work with. The first event we worked together was at a wedding at Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades and the other this past weekend at Belmond El Encanto in Santa Barbara. Jane and her team are great communicators, and incredibly sweet people. I truly enjoy working with Jane because she's always going the extra mile with a smile and make my job as a DJ seamless! She knows how to run a great business and has talented people on her team. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a top notch wedding planner. She is creative and talented, thoughtful, patient and has great resources for vendors, and knows how to execute your vision! Don't make the mistake of not calling Jane, you will not be disappointed. Jane was my lifeline for all my planning. She kept me organized and was an excellent liaison for all my vendors after we had selected them. She worked so closely with our venue, band and photographer to make an event schedule that would work for all parties involved. My parents did the flowers and decoration; Jane and her team did an amazing job communicating with my parents and executing the decoration plan. My father was quite the ambitious creative, and Jane was so positive about bringing his big ideas to fruition. While we had hired Jane as our coordinator about nine months before our wedding, the impact of her talents was most evident during the most stressful time of our planning in the month leading up to the event. She even made sure to iron out some of the last minute details the night before and morning of. We are so grateful to have had Jane and her team coordinate our wedding. We are still getting so many compliments from our guests about how pleasant and fun our wedding was. I was very worried that my stress would show in my expression, but I felt so relaxed on the day of. I am happy to say that the most fun I had at a wedding was at my own. I don't even know where to start with this talented beautiful girl inside and out! She was absolutely amazing beginning to end! All I had to worry about was just showing up and she took care of the rest and she did it PERFECT. I even had the venue come up to my father at the very end and tell us that it was one of the smoothest weddings they have ever had and had multiple vendors of mine say the exact same thing and tell me how much of a good job she did and I couldn't have agreed more! She kept me calm the entire time and any silly question I had she answered back within seconds! She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and actually listens to what you want. I wasn't going to hire a wedding coordinator but let me tell you I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HER! Every single penny and more was worth it! She truly made my dream wedding come true! I absolutely adore Jane and would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding! My venue, Bel-Air Bay Club had recommended her to me because she had previously coordinated a wedding at the same site. This made my planning extremely easy because she already knew the staff and venue very well! I believe she has officially been in the wedding industry for 3+ years, but it felt like she had more than 15 years of experience. She was the reason my wedding went so smoothly. I was extremely stress-free and happy the whole day! Her personality is something else though, she is down-to-earth, approachable, responsive punctual, on point, sweet, calm, funny, and genuine at the same time!I hired her as our month of coordinator, but she was already helping me 3 months prior, providing me with very useful planning spreadsheets, advice, and adding 2 additional assistants for my wedding day. I remember having a final meeting with my venue and not knowing how to answer a lot of the questions about my wedding timeline, but Jane helped answer them for me. She is also very responsive and replies to my e-mails within hours. We also hired our videographer, Lumahouse by her recommendation and so thankful because they were awesome too!!!Since we live in AZ and our wedding was in Pacific Palisades, it made certain things difficult like transporting centerpieces. Jane was so extremely kind to let us ship some of my centerpieces to her place. This was one of the biggest lifesavers for our wedding!She also helped conduct our wedding rehearsal which went so smoothly.There was no way I could have wrangled my entire wedding party myself. After rehearsal, we gave her a plethora of things to set up like decorative wedding items, our sand ceremony vases+sand, picture frames, wedding advice box, more centerpieces, ceremony programs, and much more. The next day, everything was set up perfectly...not one thing was out of place.I really wanted my ceremony to start on time and to my delight, she made sure it started right at 5PM! (Helpful pointer, my invitations all said Ceremony-4:45PM to make sure all the guests were there for us to start at 5PM.)She also helped me distribute all my vendor tips before they left. At the end of the night, she and her assistants even put all the items back into my car so that it was ready to go at the conclusion of our reception. The next day, she had someone help us return the tuxes back to Mens Wearhouse! Talk about above and beyond! From my vendors, venue, wedding party, and family, everyone loved working with her. I was referred to Jane by a friend that had used her for a birthday party. Seriously, I WAS SAVED! Jane stepped in and immediately started shooting out hundreds of different ideas. 1. Jane provided me with plenty of different referrals for vendors so I had a variety of help with choosing.2. Had her help with designing and decorating for my engagement photos, which lead me to using her for more work (bridal shower) 3. I was baffled with prices of florist but of course Jane saved the day and handled all flowers for our wedding (bride bouquet, bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces) 4. Day of the wedding she did a Starbucks run for the girls and I (amazing), she set up all decor at our venue, had our day of timeline created, and was on top of everything. Bottom line, Jane made the whole process of planning a wedding feel like less of a "job" and helped my husband and I create amazing memories together. My husband and I hired Jane per the recommendation of our intended coordinator when she realized she would not be able to take us on. Although fairly new to the business, Jane was incredibly organized, responsive, and overall willing to make everything work.  We opted for one of Jane's 50/50 packages since we had already completed the majority of our work and she was great. A soon as I told her about an idea, or a vendor I was looking to for she jumped right in and was as dedicated as I was in finding the right people for us.  She attended meetings when I couldn't and confirmed and reconfirmed details to make sure our day of timeline was flawless. Jane is an amazing wedding planner who goes above and beyond for her clients.  Jane coordinated my wedding in San Diego on March 5, 2016, and made the day go so smoothly!  But she did so much more than just the work the day of.  As a teacher, I had very little time to work on my wedding toward the end, and to contact my vendors during their working hours.  Jane was able to coordinate with all of my vendors, and get my timelines together.  She often had answers to questions write when I asked, and if she didn't, she'd find out for me.  Anytime I mentioned a concern to Jane, she handled it immediately.  It really calmed my anxiety to know Jane was handling everything.When you're planning a wedding, everyone tells you "something will go wrong, and just act like it was supposed to be that way. You'll be the only one who knows."  Every time someone said this, I thought "why would something go wrong?  Jane and I have planned this meticulously..."  And only one thing went wrong (to my knowledge... Jane's that good!)  I LEFT MY GARTER IN MY HOTEL ROOM!  This is not something you can just play off and act like it was the plan.  When I told Jane, she drove back to my hotel room and got it for me!  She truly saved the day.  Now, we have amazing photos of every traditional wedding moment, including the garter toss!If you're looking for a wedding planner, HIRE JANE!  (But hurry up and contact her because she books up quickly).  You will have no regrets and fond memories of your PERFECT day, because Jane will make sure it is nothing less than PERFECT!!! Jane is a wonderful wedding planner who really helps keep the wedding day on track. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jane when I photographed a couple's wedding day that started at Marriott for getting ready shots, then Mission De Alcala for the ceremony, and then reception at the San Diego Woman's Club. By the time I connected back with Jane it was at the reception. I could see she everything ready for the guests and couple. Through the entire evening event the couple's reception flowed perfectly. And as is sometimes the case with events the schedule needs to shift a bit, but Jane kept the schedule running seamless and fun. And she's really personable and upbeat, from start to finish!
