I met Jana a good few years ago when she was a barista in Starbucks. Being a PT was just a dream then. Today she’s proudly running her own company and has changed lives of many people. She’s loyal, tough, full of joy and laughter. She never stops learning always setting herself new goals! Life is a journey, and she truly loves it.

Jana is such a fantastic trainer! She is great at tailoring your workouts to what your needs are, and really helps you to hone in on your goal. She is incredibly supportive, pushing you when you need to be pushed, but also promoting a positive body image and making you happy in your own skin. She is fab. More...

Jana is a brilliant trainer. I met her through Insanity classes at my old gym and her classes were always the best, hands down - she keeps you motivated, pushes you but also recognises when you are doing well and trying.
I subsequently had about three months of PT with Jana and the sessions were great - always structured and planned, unlike some PTs who just wing it on the day, with clear goals and a plan. Again, Jana was great at keeping me motivated and really pushing me to go the extra mile, which you appreciate when you start to see the results and improvement.
I cannot recommend Jana highly enough!

Jana does a great job tailoring your sessions to your needs. In my case, her core and balance work have been very helpful, and she taught me the right way to strength train. Great coach - and great person!

Jana is a fantastic coach, she is so inspiring and knowledgeable. The sessions are so much fun that you hardly realise the beasting she's giving you, its only the aches the following days that tell you how hard you've worked, and the results will follow. Her exercises are well planned and varied so you never get bored. She's got an amazing sense of humour and who could refuse to do what she tells you to when she shouts in that Czech accent "what is this? Try harder!".... I wouldn't dare say no � More...

Personal training and fitness classes
I will give you the focus and guidance to help you achieve all your personal fitness goals. I develop individual programmes for each of her clients, focusing on long term goals and results. I work with people from all walks of life, beginners through to experienced athletes.

Be consistent, keep balance, self-love, and patient

The fact I am able to change someone else s life, bring people together, create a community of like-minded people who connect through an active lifestyle.

I have been in sports industry my whole life. I started with sports like gymnastics, athletics, basketball, swimming all the way to the fitness. I love it and I know how it changes not just your body but your mind and soul as well. You not only lose weight and transform your body the way you want, but your soul sings too.

Sport and fitness is my life passion. I have taken part and accomplished many sporting events, such as a bodybuilding competitions, marathons, obstacle races, Spartan or Bear Grylls. I know what it means to dedicate hard work and effort to make sure you cross that finish line.
It's not about how fast you get there, it's about the journey along the way!

Services

Part of your fitness journey should be nutrition itself. It does not have to be extra strict and difficult, but I want you to have it as a lifestyle, not a diet. You can still have that wine or chocolate, you just have to put in work in working out to balance that out.
