What’s your signature dish?
Mouth watering savoury vol-u-vents and sweet individual tarts, but why stop there !!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First factor is normally the budget and then discuss what it is the client might require for the event in question.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to take the stress of any event away from the client, being able to a provide an experience, which the client can enjoy with there guest.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm passionate about the food and beverage industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having worked in catering and hospitality for over 30 years, I believe communication with a client from the beginning and understanding what it is the client requires is paramount to all parties concerned.
