Jamie is the best PT I have worked with. He is an excellent professional, making sure he understands your pain points, what you need to improve and also your limitations and plans the workout around it. Jamie started training me soon after my first child was born. He provided the right mix of pushing me without going too far as I was getting up to fitness. He also kept in contact in between my sessions to motivate me to eat healthier in periods of sleep deprivation! I really enjoyed all the sessions and was surprised how quickly I was back to pre-pregnancy shape and fitness. I am now 8 months pregnant again and he is continuing to train me (low impact). I have so far had a very easy pregnancy with minimal aches and pains! Definitely five stars in my mind - for both enjoyment and results. More...

I decided on a personal trainer after a bad fall in my garden. I am an older person. I had no sense of balance and no muscle strength. Jamie has been coming for nine months now and instead of having to park near an abandoned trolley in Tesco so I would have something to hold on to, I can walk to the store unaided. I can go up ladders and have the strength to do all kind of jobs around the house. I have core strength now. Jamie is very patient and has a really good sense of humour. History: Me? Classic bloke - mid' 50's, overweight, drank too much , traveled a lot, worked too long hours & too much with my own business. Resulting in an ever increasingly large body & posterior!

Problem: Gym membership & swimming all good intentions but never maintained as I always able to put off

Solution: Wife bought me lessons with Jamie. Made time & he now works works easily around my timings. Absolutely the only way to continue. Now over two stone lighter, 4" off waist line , more toned, less tired, no more lethargy , all my suits etc...altered so no going back now!

Setback: Diagnosed with cancer in prostate - Surgery - Four months off.


Currently: Four months later back working with Jamie re-building life with tailored programmed schedule nearly back to
what I was....so far so good......

Jamie is dedicated and extremely attentive, listening to what you want and then planning to suit. His communications both during and keeping you updated for sessions are first rate. His sessions vary so you are never quite sure what will you will doing when the door opens but you feel achievement at the end of most sessions and results are obvious. I am proud of my achievements in turning my life around so much & virtually all of this are attributed to his efforts . So just contact him & see.

As someone who was incredibly unfit and who doesn't enjoy exercise - I was an incredibly tough client to have!
Jamie recognised this, worked on not only my attitude towards fitness but my ability, my resilience and confidence in reaching my fitness goals. Every session was tailor made to remain interesting, exciting and varied - so I got to work hard without giving up. I lost weight, went from being able to do zero burpees to 100 (!) and for the first time am able to be proud of my fitness.
I highly recommend Jamie - not only is he a good guy, he is incredibly knowledgable in the field of PT and very skilled at getting people to their goals.

It's great working out with my PT Jamie, he motivates me to get excercising , eat a healthy diet and loose wieght. How ever lethargic tiered I feel before the session, I always feel energised after. We have over 10 years of experience in helping people lose weight through targeting the right areas with the right exercises, We help our clients to achieve their goals by keeping in contact via text message and offering whatsapp diet picture sending to give them the psychological support and dietary advice every step of the way.

Diet is very important not only the choices you make but also the timings of the meals this is why we offer the diet support, its well known that the only way of sustaining a healthy lifestyle is with a combination of diet and exercise, our exercise routine's involve targeting every muscle group to improve all round conditioning not only for aesthetic purposes but for your health as well.

Our personal trainers love the opportunity to meet new people and help them achieve their goals.

Wanting to help people and make them feel great about themselves, we are mobile PT's so travel to people's homes and have found that we get much better results away from the gym environment as people feel a lot more comfortable. As my personal schedule got more busy, I founded Your Home PT to help more trainers met more clients and for clients to achieve their goals in our very unique style of close monitoring and support.

Because we are extremely diverse I have personally worked with people training for marathons, models, clients recovering from cesarians, people with arthritis, osteoporosis, elderly mobility, clients with depression.

The only thing we don’t do is bodybuilding and bulking up we prefer to specialise and focus on helping people that require weight loss and toning so our focus goes on one area instead of trying to do too much, We have experience in dealing with people of all ages and sizes, I started out working for a commercial gym club in a retirement complex so my first taste of the industry was training people in elderly mobility and aqua, from this role I travelled around London as a mobile PT training people in the corporate environment, this involved training busy people with limited time and high demands so I have worked with a diverse range of people.

All our trainers have worked in commercial clubs and now as mobile PT’s we have been working with people in their homes for the past 7 years, there isn't a body type or age group that we haven't worked with.

Services

A tailored program for you to do on your own if you are unable to commit to having a PT

This is included in the PT sessions but if a diet plan is all you are after then this is a 24 hour, 7days a week service that I can help you with

I will travel to you bringing all the equipment with me for one to one advice and support to help you achieve your goals

Maximum of 6 people I can travel to a location of your choice and do group training in a fitness class format
