I must have tried every exercise & diet going. Jamie is the best trainer I've ever worked with giving just the right amount of encouragement & not taking no for an answer when he knows I've got more to give.

.!!..he knows his stuff..Always available to give advice and motivation and some of his banter is great.
In only 4 weeks I loss 13lbs...

Well, for weeks I've been trying to think of the words to do this man justice and I still can't think of any that can cover the whole package.
Jamie got in touch with me after I injured my hand, I'd become slightly disheartened and had hit a platau. He suggested an altered beast programe to me so I thought why not.
It was really tough at first, diet was tweaked and the programme very tough. I was struggling to be honest. I wanted out. Jamie kept taking to me as it was an online programme and told me I CAN do it and believe in myself. He drummed it into me to believe in myself.
Weeks gone by and the change is awesome, my confidence and self belief is through the roof. I'm getting stronger and stronger as the weeks go by and I love it. My bench is up to 115kg after starting at 85kg and my squats are up from 40kg to 85kg. For me that is immense.
He has changed my way of training and my whole body shape is more defined. No more looking at the scales, I feel harder and look better and I'm a lot stronger. That's all that matters.
It was a 4 month programme and it's the best thing I've ever done, then just when you think you're on your own Jamie pops up with a message to see how I'm getting on and offering advice, how many other PT'S would do that.
Can't thank him enough and would recommend Jamie to anyone and when it's time to change up again, I know who I'm going to.
