Jamie is the most dedicated PT / Coach, he checks in with me all the time & It doesn’t matter when, where or what time he is always a text away and so quick to reply, motivate & give tips or advice when you need it. When designing my nutrition & workout plan Jamie listened to me and developed something which fitted my goals and lifestyle - a balance I was struggling to get on my own.When I set out I wanted to achieve as much as I could in 12 weeks, with Jamies support and guidance I managed to lose fat, gain muscle & find my love of training again... i nervously returned to the gym earlier this year after a serious injury and getting stuck in a "nutrition rut", Jamie made sure to ease me back in gently so I didn't aggravate the injury, getting stronger and stronger every week with closely supervised weight training whilst eating great food that fitted my lifestyle. the support between sessions helps keep me motivated and focussed and I now have a much healthier relationship with food, I don't go without the foods I love it's all about balance. Started training with Jamie a few months ago. He’s amazing. I’ve lost loads of weight, gained a bucket load of confidence. I am on the path to being fit and healthy. Which is not something I ever thought I would be. (I was about to have a gastric bypass before I discovered him) Jamie is also a bit of a life guru... he listens and continuously supports me along my journey. It is the small things that count, the supportive text, the help with good food choices and listening to my endless complaining about different exercises that I do in my sessions. I could not recommended Jamie enough!! If you have a certain goal to reach, I can assure you he will make sure you reach it. When I train with Jamie, he focuses that my form is correct and pushes me to my limit so I can see progress. He is also great at providing advice and guidance on your diet as this is something I struggle with but Jamie put me in the right direction. I’m definitely older than Jamie’s regular clients (not quite the oldest but almost!) but it’s still important to me that I look after myself and be as fit as I can be. Jamie has been brilliant - adapting my routine and encouraging me every step of the way. Excellent help and support even before I walked through the door to start training with Jamie!! Ensuring he knows your goal and preps you before starting. Always available 24/7 if you ever need any help or have any questions. And when training he strives to ensure his clients get the most out of each and every session. Been training for a while but never really saw results until I started working with Jamie. He pushed me harder, helped me find new limits and sorted my food out properly too. I was getting down after training for a year and not feeling much different but 3 months with him has made me look and feel so much better already. Jamie is really dedicated to his job and ultimately to his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients' progress and will give it all. He gives me constant support throughout the week and is always in contact with me between sessions to help keep me motivated and check my progress. I’ve had personal training from James for nearly 6 months and not only is he great at motivating me to push myself to do my best but is also really good at educating me/explaining stuff so that I can take what I learn out of the sessions as well. He has tailored my sessions around my goals and helped me understand the importance of diet and nutrition. He knows his stuff and is also a lovely person who is always around to help.
