When working with a client, I offer a solutions based approach. I like to find out what exactly that person wants to achieve and when they want to achieve it by. Then, together, we can put a plan of action together to deliver outstanding results.
You will be provided with a nutrition plan to follow and all of the support and help that you need to achieve success. I also believe strongly in setting goals and targets for which you will be held accountable.
