James has been my personal trainer for six months now and we have a great working relationship. This was essential requirement for me whilst I was looking for someone that could help me change my lifestyle. His knowledge about diet, training, exercise and fitness is superb. I thoroughly believe anyone embarking on a fitness regime would benefit greatly from spending time with James. Most people drop out due to lack of help, motivation, confidence and results.
With his help I have achieved phenomenal results (52lbs down and counting…) and people at the gym, as well as my own friends and acquaintances, often compliment me. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to James's perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programs and challenging yet achievable goal setting. His professionalism, extensive knowledge, care and enthusiastic commitment to his work and ultimately his clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for a new healthier lifestyle!

This is for small groups of people (2-4) looking for help to reach their health and fitness goals whilst improving their health in a sustainable and enjoyable manner. You train with me at my current place of work which is DW Fitness in Poole. You must be committed and dedicated to work hard and be prepared to make changes to your lifestyle. The person you will become through and after your journey will be someone a lot different before you started. This is a more cost effective option and works out a bit cheaper than one to one.

It also works out cheaper and more cost effective than personal training with me in person.
