How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I like to use a combination of resistance training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to develop lean mass while reducing body fat.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The training will be tailored to you. I will push you hard but not beyond what you are capable of. There is also constant support away from training on things like diet advice and sessions to do in your own time.
What do you love most about your job?
I love motivating people to become more active and installing positive change in their lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a professional rugby player for 10 years and wanted to continue in the health and fitness /sports industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've a wealth of knowledge from working in elite sport. It has also taught me good communication and leadership skills which I believe helps me get the best out of you.
