Disappointed in company boiler was last serviced on 23/9/2019 and when trying to book a service with difficulty and eventually got a date for 23/9/20. I also explained I will be moving away from this area I was told by Christina Smith I was not entitled to a service, I had a Silver deal and have paid it by direct debit all year which Christina told me should last till 25th of this month. I took out a new homecare policy from James Frew, I was told by them that they would do a health check on the boiler before they accepted me.
The engineer checked the boiler and told my tenant whose living there that the boiler needs new parts that would cost £540.
WHAT A CON. The boiler has been covered under Scottish gas homecare agreement for many years and It’s in perfect working order.
Hence to say that I have cancelled the contract with James Frew.
The Enginer wasn’t very professional as he shouldn’t have been discussing the matter with the tenant.
I’m glad that I hadn’t added more properties to the policy.
There telling customers when they take out a new policy that they have to carry out a health check On the boiler before they put you on the policy Then They hit there customers with a large bill.
I have given them 1 star as there’s no option to leave no stars

The installation of our replacement boiler was not straightforward in terms of access resulting in it taking longer than anticipated. The firm worked with us in coordinating timing and Barry Smith was persistent in solving problems, returning early the next day to complete. In addition the office staff Rachel and Ann-Marie were great at keeping me informed and updating paperwork. I would recommend this firm on the basis of my experience thus far. More...

Had yearly gas boiler service done by Fraser. He was polite, efficient and tidy. It was good to have a visit from someone who clearly takes pride in doing a good job. I recommend GasSure services.

never ever again,
only gave 1 star as there are no options to give none. i am sure every customer needs a part and waits 3/4 days before its in. the engineer said our heating was frozen, he left after 30mins and didn't get in his van before our drip started again. he came back in and said he thinks it needs a part. when we asked what he had done for 30mins, he paused and said he hadnt done anything- amazing how he thought waiting 30mins doing nothing but staring at the boiler had managed to repair it. waited a further 3days on part coming and two cancelled visits before boiler getting repaired.
they are more interested in getting onto the next job and finishing than actually getting the heating repaired.
best excuse is that part is not in yet and should be in the next day, after parts are in they don't have an engineer till 2days, no water or heating doesnt matter the fault 100% is you will need a part basic trv valve to major parts still same issue not in van need to order.
if your reading this and reviewing their service i am sure you will idenitify with their lack of service shocking !!!!!!!!!!!

The engineer (Ross McClintock) arrived on time, and was really friendly and respectful of my home. Carried out the necessary inspection of my boiler, and left no mess at all. The text message the day before the appointment, and the pre-visit phone call are always a welcome reminder. Really excellent service - highly recommend. More...

Two friendly engineers came and fixed my boiler and radiators today, Mark Barrett and Kyle Rafferty! They were very efficient which was greatly appreciated as having a newborn I couldn't have had no heating or hot water! Especially in the winter! And they didn't leave any mess which was a big plus as I've had engineers in before who have left the house a mess! Well done guys! More...

Fantastic service from GasSure. Posting on behalf of my elderly mother who had her annual service done by Grant Priestly. My mother had a leak at one of the radiators and asked Grant to have a look at this when he was in to carry out the annual service, this was no problem to him and repaired straight away . GasSure have just fitted a new boiler in a new location in my house as well as completely replacing the pipes and radiators. It's an old house with the challenges this presents. Amazingly a GasSure team of six completed the the job in one day. They were competent and worked well together. A lot of effort was made to leave the house in a tidy state. The quote was competitive. I would recommend this company to anyone considering replacing their heating system. More...
