My wife and I hired James a few months ago. He was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, affordable, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Jamie did an amazing job! Every single picture he took was amazing! Picking a favorite was the hardest part. Jamie made it easy to take family pictures. It was quick and painless. He was flexible with times and locations! He didn't stop taking pictures until we were satisfied. He gave helpful pointers for coordinating outfits, what to bring and what to expect. Jamie was absolutely amazing in all aspects. He was very professional and flexible when it came to talking about photos we wanted taken for our wedding. I was even able to create a Pinterest board of photo ideas and he looked at that prior to the wedding. He was quick and always out of the way yet got amazing shots! We recently hired James to do our beach photo shoot and we could not be more happy! He was there early and interacted with my daughters perfectly. We all had a lot of laughs during the shoot. The turn around time was very fast as well.
I am a photographer myself and was very tired of always trying to get family pictures with a tripod and remote. I was skeptical about hiring another photographer at first.....but am very happy that I did.

James was easy to work with, took more pictures than we thought we could get done in an hour, I wanted one of my 6 year old granddaughter and my daughter who is expecting and her 2 year old. He did a beautiful job with them and then as a serendipity, got some terrific candid shots of my family. With 3 grandkids of various ages and stages, it was like herding cats..but he managed to get some , cute, funny, sweet, poignant, and beautiful posed pictures that captured who we are...I would use him again in a minute..He even got the 2 year old to smile!!! My family had a great experience with James Connell.  He is very professional (arrived early, excellent equipment and organized), and puts everyone at ease, which made our pictures so much better.  We have 3 little boys and somehow James was able to keep them on task while capturing nice smiles in natural poses.  He had taken a ton of pictures of us, yet had them edited and emailed in about 10 days.
