We met Jake thru a mutual friend. Our journey from Indiana to SWFL took almost 2 years and Jake stuck with us. We first came down in 2018 to look at some properties as a prelim to our move.
Kae tuned into what we were looking for and sent us properties and took us to show us properties. Thru 2019 as our target property changed, Jake adjusted to us. We moved into a rental in Nov of 2019 and started looking again. we had a year. Then Covid hit and slowed everything down. In April and May we started looking again and finally decided to build new. Jake represented us through the whole process and atayed in communication with us and the builder. Closing the end of October, now we are finally in the new house. Stayed intouch with Jake too. I cant say enough good things about Jake. He is genuine, dedicated and communicates well. We highly recommend him to anyone looking in SWFL. Thank you Jake for all you have done for us!
