We have experienced many rehabs/IOP programs with our daughter, so we have a lot of experiences. Jade Recovery is awesome, not your typical “one size fits all”, they structure programs to their clients individual, unique needs, meeting them where they’re at in their addiction journey, which is wonderful! I was highly impressed with each employees compassion, dedication and professional determination to help my daughter succeed. She feels their dedication to helping her, which is exactly what she needs. I would highly recommend them, which, says a lot coming from a mother who has dealt with both good & horrible programs, 25 to be exact, over 7 years time, 50+, to include my second addicted daughters rehabs, I’ve become skeptical, and cautious. Jade Recovery has definitely impressed me. Thank you to all at Jade Recovery who are dedicated to helping others and don’t give up! More...

With the support of specially trained clinicians who provide targeted trauma treatment such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in individual therapy sessions. CPT is evidence-based and has been proven to effectively treat individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder. Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT), a computer-based cognitive rehabilitation training program for patients with memory, processing speed, or executive planning deficits, is a series of game-like “brain training” exercises based on science that helps people think more clearly and quickly. Acceptance Commitment Therapy is a form of counseling and a branch of clinical behavior analysis.[1] It is an empirically-based psychological intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies mixed in different ways with commitment and behavior-change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility. The approach was originally called comprehensive distancing. The objective of ACT is not elimination of difficult feelings; rather, it is to be present with what life brings us and to "move toward valued behavior". Acceptance and commitment therapy invites people to open up to unpleasant feelings, and learn not to overreact to them, and not avoid situations where they are invoked. Its therapeutic effect is a positive spiral where feeling better leads to a better understanding of the truth. In ACT, 'truth' is measured through the concept of 'workability', or what works to take another step toward what matters (e.g. values, meaning).

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a specific type of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy developed in the late 1980s by psychologist Marsha M. Linehan to help better treat borderline personality disorder. Since its development, it has also been used for the treatment of other kinds of mental health disorders. Dialectical behavior therapy skills for emotion regulation include:
• Learning to properly identify and label emotions
• Identifying obstacles to changing emotions
• Reducing vulnerability to “emotion mind”
• Increasing positive emotional events
• Increasing mindfulness to current emotions
• Taking opposite action
• Applying distress tolerance techniques

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on how cognitions, emotions, and behavior relate to each other and how changing the way an individual evaluates a situation can change the behavioral reaction. It can also be applied by initially implementing behavioral changes which will lead to an eventual change in cognitive processes. Through challenging cognitive distortions, one can recognize and change they behavior.
