Awesome rips, beef brisket is delicious and to be honest, best fries in Seattle area I’ve ever had! I‘m not joking!! This place ist not stylish or a juppieplace, but concentrates 200% on that wat it supposed to be: smoked beef. Go for it!

I seldom go there, however once in a while I like to have their pork ribs. It taste so good and tender. I ordered their meat as well, but it looked like a bit hard. The place itself was decorated like a country style a little bit. The music is nice to accompany us while having the meals and enjoy eating their pork ribs. From 1 to 10, I'll give them point 8. Found Jack's BBQ while trying to find a parking spot to find somewhere to eat. Well I definitely found a good spot to stop. Had the Brisket and Sausage and it was perfect. Chili was awesome. We ordered the Picnic for 4, a side of fries, a brisket sandwich and a few drinks. Our server was always around but never too much. The food was as good as advertised! By far our favorite was the brisket but the others were a very close second! The sides were also excellent. The chili was a little on the spicy side. I think I found my new favorite bbq place! Best brisket in area by far. If you like sausage with a bite try there jalapeno sausage it won't disappoint your taste buds. Everything is smoked on site with fresh sides of all kinds.
