Initially, I only intended to do PT for three months to improve my strength and to supplement swimming and walking before a holiday - but, two years later, I am still enjoying the exercise and am definitely stronger!
Jack is a great PT - no two sessions have ever been the same in all that time. They are always challenging but with Jack's friendly encouragement you feel you can push just a bit further!

I have been training with Jack for a while now and can not recommend him enough. Every season is varied and fun, yes fun. I have used kettlebells over the years but with Jacks expertise he has fixed my sloppy technique and shown me so many new exercises . I had suffered with slight back issues but through great guidance and correction that is nearly a thing of the past. I have practised martial arts for many years and teach self defence, Jack has incorporated some techniques into our sessions so I really could not ask for a more adaptable Personal Trainer. The Hatton Boxercise adds a brilliant cardio element. Jack is a great motivator, friendly and above all listens to your needs. I look forward to our sessions. More...
