About

I am an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist (Regent’s University, London), with over 6 and a half years' experience throughout the field of counselling and psychotherapy. I have experience with, and have facilitated the healing of a range of issues; ranging from chronic mental-illness to relationship issues. I have a compassionate way of working and also draw from the teachings of Carl Jung as well as Inter-Family Systems Therapies. Having studied in the area of psychology and counselling for over 6 years, I have a wide range of experience within the field that is translatable into my practice.

I also have previous experience as a Professional Tennis Coach to all ages, as a mentor to young people and as an academic tutor to students. As a result of this experience, I have offered a wide range of supportive coaching and mental-coaching to adults and young people. This means I can also offer a practical way of working whilst assuring my clients through personal difficulties with a caring, non-judgemental approach. With this experience, I am able to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. I also offer mindfulness approaches and techniques to help my clients with personal stresses and find balance throughout their life. I can integrate these experiences into my practice if this is something that may interest you.

As well as my experience throughout the field, I have personally felt the mental and physical benefits that psychotherapy has to offer. I hope to offer this process to others.

- Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University London
- Master’s Degree in Analytical Psychology
- Undergraduate Degree in Psychology & Counselling
- Completed 10-day mindfulness course
