Blair and his team at Jack & Company Catering catered our wedding (130 guests) a week and a half ago and we could not be happier with the level of service, professionalism, and quality of food they delivered. His staff was on point and didn't skip a beat with passed appetizers and beverages during cocktail hour and delivered fresh dishes during our reception. We had an all outdoor wedding and were skeptical about the challenges we may face but every single meal was delivered hot and cooked to perfection and we could not be happier. Even the pickiest of eaters in our family (including another caterer) raved about how delicious their meals were.There were options available for everyone (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, allergies, etc.) and even the vegetarians were impressed with how delicious their meals were (including the vegan options for our late night snacks).The staff kept dinnerware rentals organized (making it so easy for us when rentals were picked up), replenished and cleared dishes and beverages where required, and were extremely flexible and accommodating. The ease in working with Blair from choosing menu options (he can do custom as well), going over the floor plan and service timelines, the site visit, and the overall schedule of the event was natural and we were confident we were in good hands right from the start.We recommend Jack & Company Catering to anyone looking for a caterer in the area and hope we have another opportunity to hire them again for our next event. Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had the most incredible dinner, catered by Blair, the owner of Jack & Company, in the comfort of our own home. The food was outstanding...shrimp on tostados, Caesar salad, roast potatoes with dill sour cream, grilled vegetables, steak, spare ribs, followed by strawberry shortcake for dessert. All this food at a reasonable price! Having our small dinner party catered by Blair allowed us the full evening to simply enjoy our guests. He even took care of all the clean up, leaving the kitchen impeccable!! Blair and the whole team at Jack and Company exceeded our expectations for my wedding this long weekend. Blair and his team were extremely personable, professional, and courteous through out the entire planning and dining experience and created food that our wedding guests absolutely loved! The Greek marinated chicken, meatball sliders, and candied pecan fresh berry salads were an absolute hit with our family and friends. Jack & Company catered our wedding last summer and we give them 5 stars in every aspect! Blair, you are an absolute rock star! Not only were you a pleasure to work with, but you delivered an absolutely fantastic dinner for our wedding. I've never heard so many people collectively fall in love with salad before (your Caesar is really something special) ;) The chicken and sirloin were dynamite, and the strawberry shortcake cupcakes were just delicious - I could go on about every single thing... I’m not the type to write reviews, this is my first one. We had Blair and his team come out and provide our dinner for our wedding. Blair’s meal was pretty well the talk of the whole wedding besides my wife and myself getting married. Jack & Company Catering were the caterers for our Wedding - September 3, 2017. The food was incredible and all our guests were raving. We chose: Caesar Salad, Black Bean and Mango Salad, Chicken with tzatziki, Ribs, Twice Baked Broccoli and Cheese baked potatoes, Mac n' Cheese and roasted veggies. For dessert there was cookies and brownies - the best brownies you have ever tasted. Blair was so easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us a professional quote from the very start. He was more than willing to work with dietary restrictions for our vegan and vegetarian friends.
