The colder months we specialise in Potjie which is a South African Stew with our signature “cooked over coals” freshly baked bread.

Found this couple on google when I was looking for a bbq caterer for my nephews graduation celebration.Jabulela didnt disappoint-they arrived in time,the food was tasty ,served by friendly and attentive staff.Would recommend them any time.

If you are out and about and are in need of some top quality food and you see these guys, DEFINITELY give them a visit. They were at the sausage and cider festival, there were loads of food vans, these guys had the best food by far. And the bbq sauce with bourbon was to die for! nice guys too! More...

What’s your signature dish?
OUr signature dish is Braai/BBQ, we have our award-winning South African boerewors as well as our freshly baked breads and desserts all cooked over the coals.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Asking the client what they are looking for and adding our South African BBQ flare
What do you love most about your job?
The smile on peoples faces once they have tasted our food
What inspired you to start your own business?
Love for cooking and the outdoors. Who does not like the smell of wood burning while watching your food slowly turning golden. I love to make people smile and enjoy what they are eating as well as trying something new.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are the best at what we do, all our food is first class and our flavours are amazing coming off our wood fire. We also have a basic package where would use gas instead of wood.
