We’re thrilled we chose J Rowan Interior Design for our project. Jessica is an amazing designer – talented, professional and creative.
She provided a full design service for the total refurbishment of our living room. Jessica translated our very general ideas into a design that we not only loved but that perfectly solved the problem of an awkward and disjointed space that we’d lived with for years!
Jessica came up with lots of ideas and was always very responsive to our feedback. She presented us with options that we loved but wouldn’t have thought of or had the confidence to choose on our own. She sourced high quality products and services that we would not have been able to access ourselves and at very competitive prices.
Jessica kept in regular contact and visited often. She checked that we were happy at every stage and it was clearly important to her that every detail was perfect.
We love our new room – there’s absolutely nothing we’d change – thank you so much Jessica, we’ve really enjoyed working with you!

Jessica is a fantastic designer who went above and beyond while working with us. She listened to our ideas and then suggested more suitable and exiting ideas that we were thrilled with and would never have thought of.
Jess took an enormous amount of pressure off us by organising all the tradespeople and there timings, plus there work was all of a great standard.
Jess sent us regular updates on her ideas along with the costings , she visited regularly making sure each stage was being completed the way she wanted and we were happy with everything.
I would certainly recommend Jessica and we will call on her experience and knowledge in the future..

We recently moved from a country house to live in the Beetham Tower in Manchester. While down sizing, we also wanted to keep many favourite antique pieces.
Jessica has been very skilled at combining old and new pieces with superb decor throughout.
Th renovations have required multiple trades skills which she employed and controlled.
We are delighted with the result. Must say that there have been many'wows' as visitors and friends have looked around our new apartment.
We would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to revamp or rebuild their home.

"Working with J Rowan interior design was not only fun, they have given me my dream home. I really appreciated their approach to the design and that they really cared about what I wanted out of the renovation, which is sometimes hard to come by. Jessie was patient and professional at all times and went above and beyond the level of service that I would have expected. So in fact, I got great value for my budget. Jessie's quirky style helped me to think about different ways of looking at my space and I really valued her flexibility and creativity. Jessie is also a very good listener and she was able to translate my vision into a lovely practical and relaxing living environment. What’s your interior design process?
Firstly I discuss the project with the client to provide a quotation, once agreed, we look at different styles to figure out what speaks to the client. Once we have decided that we are on the same page, I start sourcing products that we can use and then provide costs for these items. I can organise some trades to make some of the items if required and to carry out the work. I then oversee the ordering stage, to the delivery stage.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I can cater for every style from monochrome to maximalist.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the challenge of translating my clients favourite things into their interior style. Seeing the transformation and having a happy client at the end.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working for other companies for years, I have found my own niche and way of working and I feel that I speak to a wider clientele.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have an a keen eye for detail, and a talent for spotting new trends. I also have a great product knowledge and great relationships with my makers.
