I've been training with Kieran now for about 6 weeks. Each session gets harder and hurts more, but at the end of each one I am always smiling as I know he's getting the best out of me. My body has made changes bit by bit and I'm nearly half way to my goal. The great thing is the whole way through Kieran explains more and more about what the exercise is doing and which muscles it's working. I approached kieran end of 2017 as was not achieving my goals through a former PT and my diet was not working and my goals were not being achieved.
I didn't hesitate to approach kieran initially at jd gym coventry as was aware he was a natural bodybuilder and would hold the key to give me the boast I needed as my progress was not improving. Kieran was able to change my whole approach to my workouts and the diet was quickly changed to resolve my problems. Kieran was able to draw up a good diet with good choices and meals throughout the day and still loose weight on a calorie deficit as before I was on a fasting diet which led me down the wrong road and now have learnt this is not the way and is not substantial in reality !
I have now been with kieran for 10 months , he is very pleasant to work with and has great knowledge on providing sound decisions based on diet and supplements along with aftercare support if in doubt or have any general questions or wish to let you problems out he is a good listener.
Kieran has been the best personal trainer I have had and has encouraged my goals and has made me fall back in love with the gym again as this was not the case before I joined teamnatural. Kieran has years of knowledge and is easy to get on with and talk to , and has a good sense of humour and will push you hard to succeed in your journey and have also made a friend.

I'm being coached by Dave and to be honest for your money you get a lot more than just being coached. In the time I've been with him my weight has dropped off and have more energy, he's helped me loads on the nutrition side of things and he knows his stuff , as for my cycling I'm taking minutes off my time trial times and still improving. I could not speak highly enough of Andy and Clare. I think Max enjoys being with them more than at home! A new Japanese restaurant opened in Calgary 'Point Sushi' bringing the idea of bullit train sushi to Calgary. This idea has been seen in a few cities already but is the first in Calgary. The atmosphere is spacious and are booth style tables, each side has a flat traveling panel (magnetic) where the train travels on to bring food to your table. You order your food through a tablet and the kitchen lays the beverage and foods on the train and the train travels and stops right in front of your table. The gimmick is fun and entertaining. The food.....The food was really good. We ordered a few items all served Tapas style. I found the food all had a sweetness to it. Perfect balance of savoury and sweet. We ordered the Gomae, wings, pumpkin croquette, squid legs, baked oysters, fresh scallops, tuna carpaccio, beef tataki and a few other tapas and sushi dishes. The interesting thing about this place is that all dishes has a slight sweetness to it, which complimented the dishes. I hope this place keeps their food standard to par, as per usual a lot of places tends to loose food quality as time pass. I am looking forward to eating here again. More...
