I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Jacob on a relatively small project - a Measured Layout of a room with odd angled walls.
Prior to starting any renovations in my apt, I wanted my own set of professional room measurements and I strongly suggest this to anyone planning or even just dreaming of making changes.
Never assume you have 'the Standard size', of anything. Dont 'guess-stimate' the sizes of doorways or windows, or the angles of the walls. Don't assume the square footage either. The really expensive mistakes that come with not having this information at your fingertips can be easily avoided. Why wait till AFTER you've hired a Contractor to get Blueprints with measurements of your apartment or home?
Now you can make intelligent estimates on the cost of Flooring, Wallpaper, Tile, Paint, Carpeting, etc. I don't mean to appear paranoid but having this cuts out unecessary home visits from freelance contractors/workers and having to stay home alone to accommodate their Measurement appointment. Just feels safer.
He gave my tiny job all the respect and professionalism of a High End project, and he was personable and engaging. And every Interior Designer I have showed this to has been impressed.
His work was fast, accurate and surprisingly affordable given the caliber and quality.
Did I mention he can take professional photographs right there on the spot? Yep.

I am very pleased. When I move to another apartment or home, he will be my first call. More...
