What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is our home made organic quiche.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We really pull out all the stops for a you event; great displays and outstanding varieties make your day special, which it should be, so we take care to follow your needs to the last detail. We source our cold meats from local butchers and for much of the year our home grown organic fruit and vegetables are used in our preparation. See our menus fro more details.
What do you love most about your job?
I thoroughly enjoy creating a buffet that i know is exactly what my customer wants.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been putting on spreads for family and friends for a long time just for fun and then out of the blue my husband suggested starting my own business. I was forever complaining about the poor quality of catering i used to see at functions so I took his advice and then 1 year later he joined me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients have many times said that one thing that stands out in our catering is the plain simple fact that we care. Weather its a £4.00 pp menu or a £9.50pp menu we put the same amount of effort in to make their day special.
