He quoted a very good professional price with no hidden extras he was very clear about what was included etc so we knew exactly what to expect , I know his dad was extremely poorly at the time he carried out the work with us but he ensured he carried out the job to the highest standard even under the most distressing of circumstances , he would not let us down and ensured everything was finished properly before he left .
