Jim was fantastic, arrived punctually for a pre-arranged quote, went through the various options and provided price options for the work required. There was no hard sell at all, we agreed the work & final price and he nipped off to get the parts needed. Arrived back very promptly and completed all the work in good time.

Jim comes across as a very honest guy, extremely friendly and he explained all the work he was doing in jargon-free language! He insisted on checking all the work with me (prior to payment) to make sure it all worked as desired.

Excellent service from start to finish I phone up to have 2 doors locks changed .. I phoned in an emergency the engineer was with me within half an hour of calling , the locks we're fitted speedily and everything was left clean and tidy the cost was very reasonable, I highly recommend
