J has pushed me to lift heavier weights, higher reps, and more frequently than I've ever been motivated to do on my own and helped make sure I have proper form to optimize results. Jay is the best trainer I have ever used in my life. I went to him to gain back strength and tone after a medical issue and I am amazed at the progress I have seen already in a short amount of time. Not only am I seeing results quickly, he always mixes up the workouts, focused on my form, and also helps you with mental toughness and overall confidence. Jay is also extremely professional. J has done a fabulous job with our 12 year old son Jacob. In order to succeed in life you must surround yourself with the right people. My wife and I wanted our teenaged daughter to get healthy in both body and mind. ....and it is understatement to say how much James Edwards has helped her during personal training sessions. James is not only extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise but he is someone who also is a life coach and mentor to our daughter. James has guided her to succeed not only during the times they are training but also has taught our daughter to be more self aware and her confidence has gone through the roof. I started working with James to regain the strength that I had lost due to a chronic pain issue I have been dealing with for the last 3 years. His workouts get me in and out of the gym in half the time, without sacrificing results. In the 12 weeks I have been working with him, my strength has been regained and inches have been lost. James knows his stuff, he works with you and your goals, he was flexible and able to adapt his plan to my sometimes challenging limitations. I started with J last month (April, 2017). He's awesome! I appreciate his holistic training approach; teaching and following up on eating habits/changes in addition to exercise. The 30-minute sessions are intense and effective; always switching up the exercises. I'm already seeing change in my body, improved sleep and energy level! I would recommend training with J to anyone. I was never big on working out because I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I called J and he has changed all of that for me! I work with him about 4 times a week. He is great at explaining the movements and making sure my form is correct. The exercises never gets old and I am constantly challenging myself applying what he teaches me. Some of the exercises I do while working with him I would have never thought j could do. I feel ten times more comfortable going to the gym on my own now. He motivates and pushes me when I would have given up while working out by myself. More...

Through weight management consultation then through a plethora of options of training methods whether it is via boxing fitness , weight training , plyometric training, kettle bells, battle ropes or calisthenics to name a few.

Education through consultation of how the body works with reaction to your eating regimen along with proper guidance in exercise, breathing , form and technique. Once the latter is acquired there must be action, discipline, persistence and patience to obtain the goals expected.

I love seeing the results intended of those I train and the excitement and smiles of acquiring what they want that they once thought was impossible or unfathomable.

I realized the struggle of many who want the right answers to losing unwanted fat , building muscle and acquiring the physique that is wanted but are frustrated due to countless accounts of misinformation, myths and diets. This compelled me to make personal training and coaching a career to help you obtain what I know you can with the proper information and training.

Because I'm a trainer that is not hoping I can get you what you want via health and fitness but I know I will get you what you want if you are willing to do what I ask of you for yourself and your success.
