I wish we could add a 6th star! Jamie was an all-star photographer and professional. We came in from Chicago to do our wedding in La Jolla and were nervous about booking all of our reservations for housing, food, and people since we didn't really know anyone. As soon as we met Jamie and got to see what a talented and creative photographer she is, we were ecstatic! She captured many great shots of our family with stunning clarity and color and made us feel relaxed and happy all day long. Love Jamie She drove up to big bear to do my husband and I wedding which was a 3 hour drive for her. We had accommodations for her however she booked  her own room and it wasn't a expense for us. She went out of her way to make everything so special. Our pics turned out so special and she actually ended up staying a extra day to capture the sunrise. I am not a photogenic person and when my boss recommended I should professional pictures I had no idea where to begin.  Jamie was highly recommended by a friend of mine and the moment I met her, I felt like I had made the right choice.  We shot in Balboa Park and she had organized everything down to the last detail, even the time of day for the perfect lightening.  She could tell I was nervous so would do things to make me look more relaxed like randomly jump in the air before taking the shot!  The pictures came out amazing and I was so pleased with how great they turned out! My partner and I got married in Big bear.
We met Jamie through a friend whom recommended her as our wedding photographer. All I can say is WOW! She was very sweet and knew exactly how to work the crowd in a way where u didn't even know she was there. All of our pictures came out amazing. She even did a little photo shop on my belly. Hehe:). She went out of her way and traveled to our venue in Big bear as we all live in San Diego. We offered to accommodate her in our home however she got a hotel and paid for that out of her pocket with no added expense. Our friends and family adored her gentle nature and uplifting spirit. If your going to get married look no further. She is the best.

We had so much fun with Jamie as our photographer! Not only is she an amazing artist, but her laid back, carefree attitude helped to ease some of the anxieties we were having about the wedding. It was SO easy to work with her. Our wedding date changed several times but she was patient and accomodating. The park we were married at was quite small and didn't have much to work with for photos but Jamie made it happen and still managed to create an amazing album for us. Jamie is an extremely creative and ambitious photographer. She keeps her work professional while still creating a relaxing and engaging atmosphere. Jamie wouldn't let the session end until the shot/moment/lighting was just right.  Hard on the client - but EXACTLY what needs to happen in the moment to capture things correctly.  I needed a headshot and finished with at least a dozen VERY well triaged images (she probably took several hundred at the shoot).  Then I sat down with a gal-pal and we arrived at 6 shots that we couldn't live without.  Now the problem is: which to use at what application?!?!?  The best possible problem to have.  I had high expectations and she broke through every single one by the time I had my images.  Quick turnaround too for a very busy gal. Jamie was our wedding photographer and she did an amazing job. I had seen her in action at another event and loved her energy and enthusiasm, not to mention the quality of her photos. On the day of our wedding I showed up a bit frazzled, and her calm demeanor and sweet personality really helped to bring me back to the moment. During wedding party photos she exhibited confidence and control, but was never bossy and seemed to have an unlimited amount of patience! We were so lucky to have met Jamie in La Jolla.  We were on a family vacation and she was gracious to take family photos on the beach with a day's notice and at a very affordable price that included photo editing and digital copies of all shots.  Not to mention that her photography is top notch.  I am in the fashion business and know how hard it can be to find a great photographer and one that can work with the unpredictable elements that are outdoor lighting and people/cars in the background.  When you look at our photos you'd think that she told the sun to get brighter/dimmer and had the cars removed from the streets.    She is also an extremely kind woman who puts her models at ease.  She got my 3 year old to open up nicely so that she could capture some smiles.  i can't wait to work with Jamie again and only wish that I lived closer to her.  THANK YOU JAMIE!!
