Andrew Walker from JC Building design has provided supplemental building design and advice for the extension over our double garage in 2019

Andrew is very approachable, he will listen to your ideas and will re-create them on accurately paper to a high standard along with all the up to date regulations and modern materials. Andrew responds to your questions and queries as quickly as possible, he will go out of his way to help.

His experience, suggestions and most of all his attention to detail are exemplary. He doesn’t miss a thing out. He keeps an accurate account of all materials used and is able to provide an itemised bill.

He has continually liaised with the Building Control and with Mick Anderson, our builder from MA Building Maintenance who also has been fantastic. Both of them work as an effective team.
