Excellent service. I knew where I'd heard scampering but it was impossible to access the space. John tried a few different places to identify where the mice were accessing the space and involved a colleague who could lift the decking without damaging it. Mice were dealt with and the hole was closed to prevent future issues. This took quite a few visits and I was still only charged the normal flat rate.
