I work one-on-one with clients to find out what activities and workouts excite them and offer options to build plans outside of our in person sessions. My primary role is to support and motivate my clients, and help them discover what works best for them.

Listening to your body. Every person responds differently to various exercises and foods, and building your dream body will start from loving the body you are in and trusting it to inform you of what it needs and dislikes.

I love the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and passion for healthy living and keeping active with others. I have had a long and complicated journey with fitness and wellness myself, and am honored to be able to guide others who are looking to make positive changes in their own lives.

I enjoy the independence and ability to be able to structure my sessions and client relationships in my own unique way. I want to be able to give my clients what they need without having to follow an established protocol from another organization.

Wellness is the pillar of everything I do. I am a sponge, constantly absorbing knew information within the fitness, nutrition,and health industries and am enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with others. Working with you excites me and brings great energy into my life, and I want to use that energy to tailor programs that will help you meet your goals and fall in love with fitness!

Ten 45 minute one-on-one sessions, guided strength/functional training tailored to meet your individual fitness goals

1 hour session. Discuss fitness history and goals, basic training session to establish a baseline

Add on to training packages. Individualized fitness plans that will be utilized on days outside of sessions with trainer.
