Pure Water technology
Although we do some traditional cleaning, the majority of our work is done using a pure water reach and wash system. What this means is we can reach all exterior areas of your home quickly and safely. Our water purification system is of the highest quality and will leave your windows, fascias, soffits, and guttering looking brand new. Please contact us for a free quote and demonstration!

WINDOWS
Our principle service is window cleaning. We have now moved away from traditional window cleaning techniques and use water fed poles. Pure water is fed through a carbon fibre pole to a brush which cleans the windows. Pure water is a powerful solvent and produces perfect results, leaving the glass totally clean, with no chemical residue. Using this system means that we can work safely from the ground when window cleaning on the outside up to a height of 40 feet. This also provides more privacy.

SOLAR PANELS
Many people are unaware that, having invested to make long-term savings and help the environment by producing clean energy, the efficiency of their solar panels is being significantly reduced simply because they are dirty! A regular schedule of cleaning will keep your solar panels working to their optimum efficiency. To maintain optimum efficiency of solar panels we recommend cleaning every six months. Prices are inexpensive but vary according to accessibility and distance. Therefore please contact us and we will provide a quotation.

GUTTER CLEANING & REPAIRS
Gutters suffer various problems. Plastic guttering seals tend to perish after a while and this can cause leaks, which in turn, can cause damp walls and other problems. Many problems can be avoided through regular gutter inspection and cleaning. We suggest winter gutter inspection and gutter clearance, although in some cases, gutters need to be inspected more regularly, especially when overhung by trees.

We can offer simple, relatively inexpensive gutter repairs which last for a number of years. Alternatively we can offer replacement sections of guttering, or if you prefer, replacement of your entire guttering system. Excellent plastic and polymer guttering systems are now available in period finishes to complement your home or business. We can rectify most guttering problems without having to replace your present guttering, although on occasion, there is no other option, and in the worst cases, we have to replace rotten fascias, as well.

FASCIA & SOFFIT CLEANING
In addition to window cleaning we can offer a service cleaning your soffits and fascia boards. Sometimes, even when the windows are cleaned, a house or business can still look uncared-for if the soffits and fascia boarding are not cleaned. The advantage of water fed poles is that in addition to cleaning windows, soffits and fascia boards can be reached safely from ground level.
