These guys came for 3 1/2 hours and charged £650. They left a lot of mess and when I asked to come back they wouldn’t. The worst thing is my babies that were born are both in intensive care. Not agreeing with this at all i done the work what they wanted done and done it all. Her partner said there was a little bit of mess and i offered to come back to sort it and he said no not to worrie. I done all the work i was ment to do. Thanks

Definate appointment made 15 March to quote for garden work &, all being well, do the job but failed to turn up or make contact with reason/excuse/apology....very disappointing.

Very responsive and friendly but had to get them back to cut down the bush to the height I could manage it myself which is what I asked for originally Also they did a job next door to cut down a fir tree and managed to chop through a climbing rose she has been growing for years and didn’t put back her washing line that they took down without asking. Yesterday J & J Garden services came and carried out some hedge cutting , tree trimming and a general tidy up of the garden, and I’m so pleased with the result. Quick clean job to cut hedge height and remove cuttings.

They were very friendly guys, and did a good job, particularly liked how they pruned the Red Robbin.

I urge you all not to use this so called joke of a business, the 2 lads turned and agreed to clear out garden of rubbish for £220, they started the work and like an idiot I payed them in advance, that was a massive mistake, they said that they were going for lunch and they have never returned.
I phone the owner Jimmy, he answered once and promised that he would be straight round to clear the rest of the rubbish, he never returned, since then I have repeatedly phoned but it seems that the chap has blocked me. I have left messages and voicemails but he has not returned my calls.
They did half a job, left everything in a mess and run away. These guys are nothing more than thieves and rogues.
To think I took a chance and trusted them!!

Jim quoted and confirmed he would be cutting our hedge yesterday at 9.30am. He never showed up, my husband called him 3 times and texted him, no reply. We waited in until 2pm and then I texted him and all I received was - Sorry , I'm busy. Clearly we would never use Jim or recommend him, maybe learn some manners first and then customer service if you want to run a business, I'll contact Bark about their vetting services. He was quick to response, was on time for our appointment.
Unfortunately, a large part of the job was not in his remit and he was very honest in admitting that. So even though I did not engage him I found him a very honest character. More...

Grass looked better and they cut back a Holly bush which needed trimming but very expensive for what they did.
