What I love about Benny is how she does her best to guide you, support you, adjust you when you need it (and I need that a lot) , stretches you and gives you confidence in yourself to go further than you think. She is so mindful of our pre-existing injuries that you may have had and makes sure that you make adjustments and she guides you to the perfect modification that you need. This is the place where mind/body comes together with practice of Hatha Yoga. Small classes make it more intimate and personal where the teacher can pay close attention to body alignment. Moving inward is a must during our practice and ahhh shavasana time is know to be the most popular time of our practice where a neck rub bring the hard work to end. Benny, the teacher of iyoga studio, is one of the amazing persons that I have met. She gives personal attention to beginners and also nudges you in a way that will help you reach beyond what you can expect out of yourself. She is also an excellent teacher and is very clear in her instructions. It is very obvious that she does not teach for the money with the amount of dedication and time that she devouts to teaching yoga!! She also organizes many personalised cleansing programs at a very reasonable price. It is a small class and the ambiance of the class is extremely calming. I really enjoy attending the yoga sessions with Benny at iyoga studio. More...
