Ivoree Interiors was a knight in shining armor for us. We had hired the wrong realtor, were trying to sell in the heat of the summer in the desert, and had been on the market with no action for 3 months.
With a new realtor bringing in traffic and staging by Ivoree Interiors our house popped! We had an offer in two weeks. We had two rooms that were particularly difficult for buyers to picture themselves in. One was a small, oddly shaped bedroom. It was staged as a den (check the pictures) and buyers loved it. The other area was the "family room" which didn't fit any standard configuration. Again, staging saved the day. Our awkward, ugly duckling, shop worn house sold, thanks to Ivoree interiors. Her prices were extremely reasonable, the quality was excellent--an unbeatable combination. The staging knocked the socks off every realtor who saw the house and they all carried away one of Ivoree's business cards.

Ivoree Interiors was fantastic, simply fantastic! I live in Colorado and have a house in Arizona that was ready to go on the market in November. I contacted Ivoree Interiors and made the arrangements to have the house staged after the new flooring was installed.
