Describe your creative process.
I have been in the creative arts world for nearly 3 decades working with both world-class brands and small businesses. There are a time and place for formal processes and informal scrappy ways of getting the job done. The key thing is listening and understanding what your client is wanting to accomplish and doing your very best to helping them do just that and even more. A good process needs to be flexible while guiding you to the end goal.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Every project is unique. We begin by discussing a client's needs, understanding their budget and schedule, identifying their audience and then doing any necessary research to qualify everything.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always been a self-starter. Owning and selling several companies has taught me that if you dedicate yourself to your clients, then the business will thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was in the military I realized that I never wanted to anyone in control of my own destiny.
